The Myco-Box is a very small but very quick way of growing mushrooms.
The kit includes a small tub (250ml) of sterilised substrate, a tray of vermiculite, 1 alcohol wipe, and a humidity tent. Syringe NOT included. (Available below, not all are Legal for cultivation in the UK)
Method; Use the alcotip wipe to clean the lid and needle of the syringe. Inject 4 x 0.5ml through the lid of the tub. Seal the holes with tape immediately after. Leave in a warm place (28 C is ideal) for around 3 weeks, or until the whole thing has turned white. Fill the vermiculite tray with boiling water and allow to cool for a few hours, when cooled, drain off any excess water. Remove the lid's from both tubs and sit the white block open end down onto the vermiculite. Now move the tray into the humidity tent, fold over the top and seal with paper clips. Your first mushrooms (approx 35 grams) should appear in a few weeks. Pick off any mushrooms just before they open their caps, add a little extra water to the vermiculite, and put it back in the bag to fruit. Yeilds of up to 100grams are possible but 70-80 is more likely.
This kit enables anyone to grow mushrooms from spores (spore syringe) in your own home. It has been designed for maximum yeild with minimum fuss, no need for expensive sterilising equipment or extensive knowledge.
Included in the kit; 1 x Injector bag of sterilised grain, 1 x bag of vermiculite casing layer, 1 x humidity tent bag with perlite and 1 x sterilising swab. (spore syringe not included)
You will also need, a brand new hand water sprayer/mister £1 in B&Q and some water.
This kit can be used to grow many different types of edible and psycoactive mushrooms. (Please note, the cultivation of mushrooms containing psilocybin is now illegal in the UK)
Yeilds should be very high as there is nearly a kilo of substrate. Possible yeids of 400g +.

10ml Syringe supplied with instructions for use with microscope and a microscope slide. A 10ml syringe can inoculate up to 3 myco-farms or 4-5 myco-boxes.
